It’s Friday — let’s see if we can end the week profitable!
Let’s cover some stock option names for today:
BABA – Increasing volume and showing signs of bullish life yesterday. If the stock itself can clear $160, $170 within a week or so isn’t out of the question. The daily chart looks great for a move to the upside — market depending the February 15 $160 call options could pay well for a short term trade. This one has a lot of potential ground to make up to the upside.
IQ – Missed an entry on call options yesterday on an intraday pop as it cleared overhead resistance and most of you may know that I do not chase. I’m glad I didn’t chase it too because it came right back down! I like either the February 15 $20 calls or March 15 $20 calls depending on how long I’d plan to hold. Buy to open, sell to close! It’s that simple with me.
